Session Rates
Individual and therapy sessions are 50 minutes at a rate of $160 a session. Couple's and family therapy sessions are also 50 minutes at a rate of $200. We do offer a sliding scale on a limited basis. Vida Emotional Wellness accepts cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Prospective clients are asked to verify their own eligibility prior to scheduling an initial appointment. We also take Out of Network plans for client who have a policy we generally do not accept. Clients are charged the full rate of a therapy session and provided a Superbill receipt to submit to their insurance for partial reimbursement. Clients with an Out of Network plan are asked to verify with their insurance prior.
Attendance:
Clients are to notify (via telephone call or email) Vida Emotional Wellness 24 or more hours prior to their scheduled session if they cannot attend. If clients do not notify Vida within the requested time and cancel a session, they will be charged the full rate for their canceled appointment. Clients who cancel without notification (no shows) are automatically charged for the missed appointment and could be subject to discharge from services.
